We endeavour to keep all products in stock and available for purchase. In the event we are unable to fulfil your order in a timely manner, we will contact you to advise any lead times or alternate items for exchange. We partner with Auspost to send most orders however larger, oversize or heavy orders will be sent via an authorised courier.

Warranty

If the item supplied is not as described, is faulty or not suitable for the function intended, we offer a replacement free of charge provided the item has not been altered, worn or damaged in any way. Advice of a return must be made without delay, generally within 24 hours of receipt where practical.

Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our products please contact us within seven working days to arrange an exchange or refund. All items returned to us must be in original condition, not altered, damaged or used in any way whatsoever and returned in original boxes.
